Body Design and Features - The L90 Dual comes with metallic finishing frame that wraps around the phone and enhances look of the device. It is thicker (only 9.7mm) than its nearest competitor Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (8.9mm thick). It has an advance version of KnockON-‘Knock Code' that makes it awaken with simple taps on the screen. It supports two to eight taps for each pattern. One can personalize the pattern of tapping to increase the privacy, however sometimes it troubles to recognize taps. LG also included IR (infra-red) in the phone that allows to control TVs, DVD players etc. which is only available with some high-end devices.

The smartphone packs 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB RAM for seamless performance. The device runs smoothly while operating apps and playing games and lags a little only with heavy apps or games only. It gets 8 GB internal memory in which about 4 GB is available to the user, thanks to the microSD slot that allows to expand memory up to 32 GB, means no more tension about the memory. In addition, users will get 50 GB cloud storage. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and comes with 4.7-inch IPS screen with 540X960 resolutions that is protected by corning gorilla glass 2 and running over LG Optimus 3.0 UI. It offers a decent video viewing experience from different angles, but surely its not the sharpest screen. The sound is quite clear even in full volume, just beats are missing.

Camera - The dual-SIM smartphone sports 8 MP camera at the rear, which is an average performer. It attracts noise when zoom-in to click still images and shoot videos. It comes with LED flash that enable capturing images and shoot videos even in low-light. Video shooting is quite easy with it, just ensure to select the right mode and if shooting in the dark, then choose auto flash mode that enables it to raise the flash, though it was continuously ON during the entire shoot in dark, even while switching from dark to normal lighting conditions. The front VGA camera offers nice picture quality for selfies and video chats.

Battery - It boasts Li-Po 2540 mAh battery, which performed well in our video test with playback time of 4 hours and 45 minutes. The phone can last for one day easily with normal usage or can do better depending on the usage.
