Liliput is in manufacturing and retail of kids garments and has ambitions to
become a leading international brand. With business growing at a rapid pace, it
was evident that there has to be seamless integration amongst various business
processes. Integration and channelizing of information was required between the
head-office and various manufacturing units, warehouses and the country-wide
retail outlets. The company was using a software to handle their stores and
warehouse management, but it was incapable of handling the ever growing demands
of the business. They needed a compact solution that would allow them to manage
their growing retail business more professionally and seamlessly. The company
wanted to institutionalize an end to end integrated solution which would
increase stability, resilience and speed up processes. They implemented
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 along with LS Retail to meet the growing needs of the
company.
With this implementation, they now have a complete end-to-end solution in
place that could manage all the processes starting from back-office processes,
retail, warehousing, various stages of manufacturing and finance, and accounts.
A lot of work that was previously done manually, has now been automated. Even
for the employees, this implementation provides a user friendly environment to
work in, and has opimized their productivity. With the LS Retail application,
all stores across India are seamlessly integrated and that has provided the
company real time information on the status of inventory across them.
