To the top management, it provides a means of holding down costs through better use of personnel and technology.

The Result: It has resulted in 30-35 % productivity improvement at the IT level in terms of meeting the business users reporting and analysis needs. 20%-25% productivity increase has been observed at the business user level due to user friendly 1KEY interface and capability to provide on-the-fly ad-hoc reporting analysis.
