The Problem: For about a decade, the company had been facing infrastructural constraints (mainly electricity and connectivity) which was restricting them from capitalizing the potential in rural India. This included regular power and connectivity failure, resulting in delays in punching of busines cases. It was impacting employee confidence level because they were unable to achieve the business targets and were highly dependant on the back office team for data punching. This also led to heavy paper usage for data consolidation and high dependency on non-portable IT assets (PCs, Printers, Routers, UPSs, leased-circuits) for data processing.

The Solution: The company deployed a customized, full featured, multimedia enabled, portable handheld solution. This device strengthened the team to capture and upload data to a central server directly from the field for approvals and processing ahead. The invented device was a complete mobility solution which empowered our executives with 10 Hours power backup, upload anything, anytime from anywhere.

The Result: The user friendly interface allowed MMFSL to meet financial inclusion, collect adequate customer data to handle operational risk and compliance. The deployment of the project made us redefine the corporate commitment from "Do din mein badle din" to "Do ghante mein badle duniya".
