If you are running a cyber café, you may face difficulties
such as payment and usage mismatch. Cybera helps you to create an account/credit
system of billing for each of the terminals. This is a client-server software
where the server is installed on the owner's machine while the client is on
the users' terminals. It gives you three options to organize your customers'
account. One is credit based pre-paid, second is the time-based pre-paid while
the last one is post-paid based on usage time. Here, you can set the rate or
usage time, or configure it to automatically calculate the amount based on
usage. This is done by refreshing the data at specified intervals. The
administrator can restrict the users from using certain applications or vital
data in the terminal. This tool also allows you to set different rates for
working offline or in off-peak periods. A maximum of 50 workstations can be
connected and hence, this tool is specifically meant for most café
entrepreneurs.
