New Update

In mail clients we regularly set rules, policies, define actions and so on.

But the issue is that with multiple mail clients, keeping track is not easy.

Well, the solution to this complexity is that you need not use mail clients,

simply use this application and you are good to go. Automatic Email manager is

easy to configure and use. It automatically detects new mails. By setting the

time limit during the configuration this suite automatically updates itself. The

functionality of this application is not restricted to simple rules. You can set

complicated rules such as deleting an email which is on the server, backing up

your email, attachments, etc. More rules include printing emails, attachments

such as Word files, photos, FAX, PDF or Excel sheets. It can also print to a

specific printer with or without templates. The advantage here is that it

doesn't need any interaction with the users, the cycle moves automatically based

on rules. Some more benefits include the flexibility as it works with most mail

servers. Some of these include MS Exchange, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo mail, AOL, etc

supporting POP3 & IMAP4. Today in this Green IT environment, this application

can help enterprises in saving & reducing a lot on paper costs. With the ECO

mode function, it can help in printing an email of 3-4 pages in just 1-2 pages.

Thus this helps a lot in reducing the number of pages. The important thing is

that the connection is with a mail server and not with the mail client, which

can be either one of Outlook, Notes, Pegasus, etc.

login credentials. You can also change the port number.

Enter the time details for the application

to check for new mails on the server. Either you can set an automatic update

or enter the time in the given field.

Here you simply need to define actions.

For instance, if you specify the time period for mail, all older mail shall

get deleted from the server.

With Eco-mode, you can print multiple

images on one sheet of paper. It also let's you exclude certain file types

and even specify the size of attachment to be printed.

Here you can either save the email or the

attachments by defining the specific folder where they shall get saved

automatically.

A noteworthy feature here is that if

there's some error in the connectivity or in configuration, then in the

console you can see blinking alerts in the Activity viewer.

After configuration has been fixed, and as

per the time limit set, it will download all mails. By just hovering the

mouse on a particular email, you can see the defined actions.

To add more filter rules to the existing

rules, you need to click on the filter button on the console. According to
