The keyboard has a slightly shorter range than the claimed range of one meter from the receiver, though the mouse works fine within its specified range. 

The receiver plugs into 2 PS/2 slots in your PC and has a long cable. The best part is the 19 customizable shortcut keys on the keyboard. The 5-button mouse is also very stylish and has 2 extra customizable keys on the sides. Driver installation and uninstallation are fast and easy.
