10-year agreement deal

Microsoft and Ukrainian company Boosteroid have agreed to integrate Xbox games into the latter's cloud gaming platform for ten years. As a piece of this plan, Microsoft will engage the cloud association to stream Activision Blizzard games, including significant missions.

Importantly, the agreement is contingent on Microsoft's successful acquisition of Activision Blizzard.

We are convinced that games can bring people together. Xbox is dedicated to making it simpler for everyone to play their favorite games on a variety of devices as a result of this. Phil Spencer, Microsoft's gaming CEO, stated, "It's yet another step in realizing that vision to bring Xbox PC games to Boosteroid members, including Activision Blizzard titles like "Call of Duty" once the deal closes."

Microsoft says it wants to be big. It also said that popular games like "Call of Duty" will add more than 150 million players when other partnerships with Nvidia and Nintendo are added. Brad Smith, Microsoft's bad habit executive, has referenced this number various times as of late.

Additionally, Microsoft stated that the partnerships would enable Xbox Game Studios, Activision Blizzard, and Bethesda games to be played on a variety of cloud gaming subscriptions and services.

"This partnership adds to our recent agreements with Nintendo and Nvidia, making even more clear to regulators that our acquisition of Activision Blizzard will make "Call of Duty" available on far more devices than before," stated Smith in the following statement.

Cloud gaming from Boosteroid

Boosteroid is the largest independent cloud gaming provider in the world, with over 4 million users worldwide. Customers can be found in the United States, the United Kingdom, and other countries in the European Union.

Boosteroid has conducted research and development in Ukraine, primarily in Kyiv and Kharkiv, since its inception in 2017. "We will be cooperating on a drive supporting our local game improvement local area to put further in the financial recovery of the nation," stated Boosteroid President Ivan Shvaichenko.
