Microsoft has certainly taken its time bring the latest Xbox variant to the country TV on Xbox One but as they say, better late than never. The delay can be attributed to Microsoft's decision to bring Kinect-based Xbox One which requires all-time internet connectivity. The Xbox One will be available for Rs 39,990 without Kinect and Rs 45,990 including Kinect. The Xbox One will come with one wireless controller and a 14-day trial of Xbox Live Gold for new members. Users also have the option to buy an extra controller which has been priced at $60 globally and should be available around same price mark in India as well.

"The Xbox One gaming launch line up in India will be colossal, bringing the best line up of exclusive blockbusters, including AAA titles like "Forza Horizon 2" and "Halo: The Master Chief Collection," which comes with the highly anticipated "Halo 5: Guardians" multiplayer beta," said Anshu Mor, Director - Interactive Entertainment Business, Microsoft India.

In addition to playing favourite game titles, Xbox One also doubles up as a Live TV unit which works by pairing up your cable, telco or satellite set-top box through your Xbox One via HDMI.
