The Moto G54 5G, the company's latest 5G smartphone, was released in India on Wednesday (6 September). The new Moto G-series phone has a hole-punch display with a dynamic refresh rate of 120 Hz. A MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC powers the Moto G54 5G with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of inbuilt storage. Moto G54 5G includes a dual back camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. Moto G54 5G pricing and availability in India

The Moto G54 5G is priced at Rs. 15,999 in India for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option. The most expensive model, with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, costs Rs. 18,999. The Moto G54 5G phone is available in Midnight Blue, Mint Green, and Pear Blue colours and will be available on Flipkart and select retail shops across the country beginning 13 September.

The Moto G54 5G launch offers include a Rs. 1,500 discount for purchases made with ICICI bank credit cards and EMI transactions. Furthermore, EMI options begin at Rs. 668.

The Moto G54 5G dual SIM (nano) runs Android 13 with My UI 5.0 on top. It has been verified that it would receive an upgrade to Android 14 and three years of security updates. The 5G phone has a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display with a dynamic refresh rate 120Hz and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The Motorola phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM.

The Moto G54 5G has a dual rear camera arrangement with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, Quad Pixel technology, and optical image stabilisation (OIS). In addition to the primary camera, there is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. A 16-megapixel front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. Meanwhile, the 5G smartphone has 256GB of internal storage that can be upgraded to 1TB with a microSD card.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidu, a 3.5mm headphone socket, and a USB Type-C connector are the connectivity choices for the Moto G54 5G. It is water-resistant to IP52 standards. The Moto G54 5G phone also contains a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. It has two stereo speakers that are augmented by Dolby Atmos technology.

The Moto G54 5G has a 6,000mAh battery that supports 33W TurboPower rapid charging. This quick charging method charges the battery from 0 to 90% in 66 minutes.
