Agile CRM, a subscription-based SaaS product that went into open beta in March 2014, announced a complete range of sales and marketing-automation features designed for use by E-commerce companies.

In the development of this dynamic functionality, Agile analyzed successful E-commerce startups and SMBs and found that they excelled in three areas – campaigns, user engagement, and analytics – but that none of the affordable CRMs currently on the market provided complete functionality in all of these areas.

Agile CRM’s features for E-commerce companies are designed to be both powerful and easy to use. The CRM offers both email and multi-channel campaigns that are easy to customize based on user behavior, and a remarkable range of web grabbers and ways to combat cart abandonment or exit intent. Agile’s advanced, built-in analytics, metrics and reports make it easy to analyze both known and anonymous user behavior over time, or in a particular segment or channel. Agile CRM also offers a number of one-click integrations with leading SaaS products used by E-commerce companies. All of Agile’s features and plugins are included for free with every account, even free accounts.
