Customised updates for Nothing Phone (1)
It also includes a few customization updates, such as a new Glyph sound pack with extra Glyph ringtones and notification sounds. Material You, initially available on Google Pixel phones, is now available on the Nothing Phone 1, which means more background colour options. Then there are lock-screen shortcut customizations, which let you set shortcuts for the camera, torch, device controls, and wallet. The update offers the option to easily switch data using dual SIMs with the updated network Quick Settings panel for a better experience. Because of this, users can control their data use and move between SIM cards. Another notable improvement is the new QR code scanner in Quick Settings and the camera app, which allows users to rapidly scan QR codes without using other applications or software.
The upgrade provides a multi-language capability
Furthermore, the upgrade provides multi-language capability, allowing various languages for separate apps. The Clipboard preview is the next prominent feature you notice. Copied text now shows on the clipboard in the bottom right corner of the screen, allowing users to alter it before pasting it. The update now features foreground services, allowing users to save power by closing active background apps straight from the notification centre.
