Opera has introduced Opera One, a new browser intended to be prepared for a "generative AI future." It is presently in development phase, but later this year, the new browser should take the place of Opera.
According to the corporation, changes will be made to how consumers interact with web browsers. It has a modular architecture that tries to meet the specific requirements of each user while providing a smooth and simple navigation experience.
The browser claims to offer enough room for the future integration of AI-based features and extensions in both the browser sidebar and address bar thanks to its clear and uncluttered UI.

A new multithreaded compositor makes Opera One's "Tab Islands" novel tab grouping feature possible.
Tabs are automatically grouped together by this feature based on their context, such as tabs related to various dining establishments or Google Docs a user is working on.
There are tab gatherings, addressed by hued pills, that can be extended or fallen with a tick. Tooltips on collapsed islands make it simple to find and get around.
One of the first implementations of Opera's modular design strategy, Tab Islands in Opera One features distinctive island borders and color markers.
