In the organization MIS requirements were handled through some static pre defined monthly reports and adhoc data analysis was carried out using spread sheets. There was also a gap in data percolating to the actual decision makers in the field and they would have to rely on others to get required data. After evaluating various tools, we narrowed down to QlikView and implemented the same in the organization. Implementation of QlikView BI tool resulted in multiple benefits for the business.
