Glenmark Pharma's Biometric-enabled Labour Management System. Location: Across India

Engaging contract workers / labourers in any industry has become a necessity today. However, one of the main problem with employing temporary workers is proxy workers. A skilled worker is issued a badge and an un-skilled worker starts reporting for the job very soon. Organizations could save few hundred times the investment within few months of implementing Labourworks, because with finger print authentication, it is virtually impossible for anyone to act like a proxy. Also, many statutory reports required for PF, ESIS etc. can be generated very easily.   Scrum Systems
Landmark Group's Sales Batch Updation. Location: Bangalore The company's lifestyle stores and warehouses are widespread all over India whereby its data consolidation of day to day transactions of Sales, Returns, Goods Receipts and transfers etc. were happening at its Bangalore corporate office. Same way, there were other different kind of data transfers from Store to Corporate based Central server. Through the automation of these processes, instead of pull based reporting, IT could enable push based analytical alerts and reports directly to mailbox of end-user. Due to push based alerts, one time execution of alerts and reports were pushed to all relevant users. Also, being a centralized operation of batch update through remote login employees stopped calling other IT members to their regional location for manual update of batch at night time.   In house
