Paytm Launches India’s First Ever Android POS Device for Payments

Paytm India has quietly launched a device that will change the way digital payments are done. Paytm India has quietly launched a device that will change the way digital payments are done. The device is called Paytm All-in-One Portable Android Smart POS and is the first-ever of its kind to hit the Indian market. This new Android-based POS by Paytm is aimed at small to medium-size vendors and logistics companies. It cannot be a coincidence that this device has been launched just a few days after Bhavesh Gupta joined Paytm as CEO of the lending business. As of now, the Paytm POS will be available to vendors as a rental price of Rs. 499 per month. The Paytm Android POS will be running the Paytm for Business app and will be able to manage all the transactions.

Paytm Android POS Specifications:

The Paytm Android POS will be running on Android with Paytm for Business app. There are not many details available for the device. The screen is a 4.5-inch panel and weight is 163 grams. Paytm claims that the device will be robust enough to handle the daily duties of a POS machine. Paytm also claims that the Paytm Android POS will also come with a battery that will last for an entire day. There is also a camera on the Paytm Android POS to scan QR Codes and a powerful processor as well. The Paytm Android POS will also support 4G, WiFi, and Bluetooth. 

Paytm Android POS Launch and Price:

There are not many details available for the launch of the Paytm Android POS. The launch should be happening in a few months and the device will only be available to Paytm Vendors.
