New Update

Headquartered in Bangalore, Professional Aptitude Council (PAC) is a company
which is focused at IT talent mapping and has several programmes in this niche
area. The organization has understood the fact that most large and top brand
employers target the very top campuses for recruitments to ensure they hire the
best available talented individuals for their projects.

However, cost and logistical hurdles keep them from frequently visiting and
identifying highly qualified talent from the vast majority of the 2,000 campuses
across the country. This problem has only increased in magnitude in the past few
years as the number of high quality private colleges across India has exploded.
So there's a clear business need to help such companies in identifying the best
prospective employees.

PAC thus conceived Bright Sparks as an online platform and a free program for
campuses and students. Students register and subscribe to Bright Sparks where
they can view educational content, take practice tests and take PAC's qualifying
exams online to highlight their skills and ability. Companies can use Bright
Sparks to identify the best talent from over 1,200 campuses across India.

One of the largest challenges was to deploy online exams over the Internet.
In order to reach out to every single campus in India, the web applications had
to be designed to run on any platform and web browser.
