Stemming out of the fact that most companies rely on unscientific and manual
tools like keyword searching on CVs, interviewing and some forms of manual
testing. PAC's vision was to bring science and automation to the process of
finding and recruiting the best talent. By combining globally standardized exams
with a state of the art online testing platform, PAC's Reception service seeks
to redefine the way companies identify and hire the right talent rapidly and
accurately.
As part of the Reception platform and service, PAC implemented a
software-as-a-service (SAAS) application where employers invite job candidates
to register and complete their educational and employment background and
profile, take PAC's pre-employment exams, and qualify themselves for job
opportunities.
In addition, a live support center is available to reach out and respond to
corporate recruiters and job seekers.
Reception is powered in the backend by an Amazon S3: Highly scalable,
reliable, low latency asset storage system and MaxMind's Geo that aids in
Geo-location of IP address.
PAC believes that the ability to pre-screen talent online and use Reception's
rating and ranking engine allows companies to select from a very large pool of
talent and instantly identify the ones the are the best in the world
