CorelDraw, which has won every year since 1994, did not even make it to the list this year. The winner this year is Adobe Photoshop, which but for a joint first place in 1999, has always had to contend with second place. In second place is Macromedia Flash. CorelDraw finishes a distant third.

Flash got more votes from the North, but Photoshop got its biggest leg up from the South.

In current usage also, Photoshop leads, and in second place is CorelDraw.
