Now the customers have access to their bank accounts on 24x7x365 basis through

mobile channel. They can view and access services like view account balance,

account statement request, online stop payment of cheque, and transfer of funds

to own accounts and a lot more.

One of the key aims of the banks is to capture new customers with the

positioning of the products & services and mobile banking is one such

initiative. Mobile banking has an extra edge over other delivery channels as it

is faster, accurate, efficient. With mobile banking, customers have access to

the services while on the go and that too anytime anywhere with no time or

geographical barriers.
