Oracle continues to top for the fifth consecutive year. MS SQL Server replaces FoxPro at number two, and FoxPro slips to number three. 

Oracle got strong support from all the regions, while MS SQL Server could not do that well in the South. Again, in the non-metro areas, SQL Server could not garner support, with the only competition for Oracle coming from FoxPro, which finished a distant second. In current usage also, Oracle tops, followed by MS SQL Server.
