Now, a senior executive has disclosed that this future smartphone's charging prowess enables it to perform some astounding feats.

Xu Qi Chase claims that the GT Neo 5's quick charging capabilities allow you to watch an hour-long episode of a TV show after only 30 seconds of charging. With its 240W fast charging, the Realme GT Neo 5 is now the fastest charging commercially available smartphone for customers, which is astounding to say the least.

On the other hand, the GT Neo can be charged to 100% in less than ten minutes. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer introduced the industry's first custom-made 12A charging capable with the highest specification of 21AWG4 to achieve 240W fast charging.

A custom 240W dual GaN mini charger with the industry's highest power density of 2.34W/CC is used in conjunction with this wire.

The Realme GT Neo 5 will be available for purchase in China on February 9 at 2 p.m. local time, according to the official teaser that Realme posted on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

The GT Neo 5 would also come with Realme's brand-new 240W charging solution, according to the teaser. A TENAA listing of the GT Neo 5 previously revealed that there will be two variants, despite the fact that the teaser was brief and did not provide any additional information about the device: 150W and 240W versions.
