You can use this book to learn the basics of Fedora Linux. After reading it, you would definitely be able to administer a Linux system on a network. It covers some exciting Linux software such as the
Mozilla, FireFox, Thunderbird and k3b. The book also talks about hot-pluggable hardware feature, using the new GNOME volume manager, master tool for controlling junk e-mail, understanding the latest security enhanced Linux features, KDE 3.3, GNOME 2.8 and
