It's official now, the Redmi 9 Power is finally launching in India on the 17th of December. The news came from the official Twitter handle of Manu Kumar Jain Global VP of Xiaomi & MD of Xiaomi India. The launch will take place online via live stream. There is also an event page for Redmi 9 Power and it reveals some key specifications about the device. The first thing that we saw on the event page was the camera setup of Redmi 9 Power.

We still don't know all the details but there are rumors that the smartphone will have a 48MP camera.

Redmi 9 Power Specifications:
While we don't know all the details about the device, what we do know are reliable rumors. On the Redmi 9 Power event page, it says that the smartphone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. There is a good chance that we will be seeing Snapdragon 662 processor with Adreno 610 GPU. The Redmi 9 Power will sport a corning gorilla glass 3 on its display and will also have a water repellent coating on it.
There are reliable rumors that suggest there will be four variants of Redmi 9 Power. There will be three models that will offer the same amount of storage but different RAM variations and there will be one that will offer the highest amount of storage and RAM. The Redmi 9 Power event page also revealed that the smartphone will have powerful stereo speakers. However, the main highlight of the device has to be its battery. The Redmi 9 Power is supposed to launch with a 6000mAh battery.
Redmi 9 Power Price India:
Even though the device hasn't launched yet we can safely say that the Redmi 9 Power will be priced under Rs. 15,000 for the 6GB RAM model. The 4GB RAM model is probably going to be priced at Rs. 9,999 to keep it extremely competitive against the competition.
