At a recent launch event in China, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi K60 series as well as three wearable devices, including the Redmi Watch 3 with a better screen, the Redmi Band 2 with a lighter frame, and the Redmi Buds 4 TWS earphones with new color combinations.
Redmi Watch 3 specifications
The square-shaped 1.75-inch AMOLED display on the Redmi Watch 3 is impressive. The display has a brightness of up to 600 nits, an Always-On display, and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. On the right edge, a real button is included.
The smartwatch has 121 workout modes, SpO2 and heart rate monitoring, GPS navigation, and more. Bluetooth calls can also be made by users, but they need a smartphone for that. Regarding the battery, its lifespan is 12 days.
The smartwatch is certified for use in water by 5ATM. The Redmi Watch 3 costs CNY 499 (approximately Rs 6,000). It is available in either black or white.
Specifications for the Redmi Band 2
The fitness band has a display that is 1.47 inches wide, which is 76% larger than the display on the first Redmi Band. It measures 14.9 gm in weight and has a thickness of 9.99 mm. The Redmi Band 2 has a menstrual cycle tracker and a blood oxygen level tracker as features. It has 30 exercise modes and a battery that can run for up to 14 days on a single charge when used normally and up to six days when used heavily.
In terms of pricing, the Redmi Band 2 is available in China for CNY 159 (approximately Rs 2,000). It is available in white, pink gold, black, light blue, and dark green.
Further, the Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E are all members of the Redmi K60 series, which also includes the Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E. The Redmi K60 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, the Redmi K60 Pro has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and the Redmi K60E has a MediaTek Dimensity 8200.
