Managing résumés has always been an arduous task. Resume Manager from Ionidea can simplify this by getting them into a searchable format. In this time the résumé can be scanned and sorted into the database, which can store about 500,000 résumés.

The résumés come directly into the Resume Manager. From there you can select and drag info into the fields of its database. All popular formats are supported by the application. Résumés coming in any of the popular formats like Word, TXT, PDF or HTML can be viewed.

Resume Manager can be customized to your website requirements. It’s meant for corporate and recruitment agencies and offers access to five kinds of users–Recruiter, Account Manager, System Administrator, Client and Candidate. The first three can access the application over the company network, while the others access it over the Web. It is a secure application.
