Samsung unveiled the Samsung Galaxy A15 earlier this month. One of the entry-level models in this portfolio marked the official start of a new generation for the Galaxy A-series from the firm. Presently, the business intends to launch the Samsung Galaxy M15, which will be the least expensive model in this range.

The gadget will resemble the Samsung Galaxy A15 quite a bit in terms of specs. It will, nevertheless, be distinct from its sister in some way. The gadget has a massive 6,000 mAh battery when it launches as reported. The Samsung Galaxy A15 has a 5000 mAh battery for both 4G and 5G versions.

The Samsung Galaxy M15, on the other hand, increases its capacity to 6000 mAh. The device offers 20% more durability compared to the affordable A-series smartphone.

Unfortunately, details about the Galaxy M15, apart from the battery capacity, are still scarce. While the battery capacity sounds exciting, the main highlight of the phone is probably the four years of software updates.

Samsung Galaxy M15 Specifications (Expected)

We expect the Samsung Galaxy M15 to carry most of the specifications of the Galaxy A15. The 4G model has a 6.5-inch 90Hz Super AMOLED display, Helio G99 SoC, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

It also has a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. As for the 5G version, it only replaces the Helio G99 with the Dimensity 6100+.

The Samsung Galaxy A14 comes with Android 14 and One UI 6 out of the box. Most interestingly, it is eligible for four major Android OS updates. This should also apply to the Samsung Galaxy M15.

Long-term support can be a big advantage over the competition, making consumers choose these smartphones over devices that only have one or two Android updates.
