The business says in a blog post that the function would provide a better viewing experience by offering a variety of settings based on the types and degrees of color vision deficit (CVD).

Samsung has clarified that the feature is not intended to treat, cure, mitigate, or diagnose any disease. Additionally, the company emphasizes that the information made available by this feature is for users' convenience only and should not be construed as medical advice.

The business has said that the Seecolours mode will have nine picture presets so that users can choose the one that works best for them. The feature will change the levels of red, green, and blue so that people with CVD can easily tell the colors on the screen apart.

Additionally, Samsung has mentioned that SeeColors will be added to the accessibility menu in a software update for 2023 models.

TÜV Rheinland has also granted Samsung the "Colour Vision Accessibility" certification to enhance CVD users' screen viewing experience. Under the slogan "Screens Everywhere, Screens for All," Samsung's commitment to accessibility is bolstered by this recognition.

"We are thrilled to include SeeColors and Relumino mode as additional accessibility features in our 2023 television and monitor lineup to assist people who are color blind or have low vision." Seokwoo Jason Yong, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics' Visual Display Business, stated, "We will continue to innovate and bring inclusive technologies closer to our consumers under the vision of Screens Everywhere, Screens for All."
