Speaking on the launch, Arun Goel, VP, Products, ShopClues said, “ShopClues is always innovating with the best interest of our sellers in mind. We want them to be equal stakeholders in our growth and success. The Android app will enable catalogue, order and returns management. Future versions of seller Android app will help merchants reach out to their local customers with marketing and analytical services and will also enable to create courier manifest right through the app.”
The Seller App will facilitate hassle-free on-boarding via quick and easy sign-ups. It will help sellers provide great customer service and monitor pay-outs. The business dashboard on the app will help merchants with actionable insights that they can leverage to grow their business seamlessly.
As far as catalogue management goes, the seller can add, enable and disable products on the go, edit price and inventory level of products, filter products and orders by status, category, price range, inventory level and payment type. They can also alter the visibility of best-selling and low inventory products.
Customers will also benefit merchants as the app will allow for faster returns and better management of replacement/exchange requests. As the app allows real-time chat facility with customers and the visibility of customer reviews, it makes higher levels of customer satisfaction possible.
