MySAP enjoyed the highest current brand ownership, top of mind recall, brand

loyalty relative to other HRM brands, but it is Oracle — E-Business suite that

has the highest shift-ins from other brands. When we look at the brand presence

across the eight industry verticals that we covered this time, there isn't a

particular brand that has a dominant presence across all the industry verticals.

SAP mySAP has the strongest brand presence of all brands in discrete

manufacturing, process manufacturing, IT/ITeS, Healthcare and services sectors.

Whereas, Oracle-PeopleSoft enjoys strongest brand presence in BFSI sector while

in communication media industry, it is Oracle- JD Edwards that has the highest

brand presence. Though, in other industry sectors the brand presence of these

two Oracle products appeared to be low.
