level of protection: No Automatic Filtering, Low, High, and Safe List Only

Sometimes,

legitimate mails get blocked and sent to junk folder. To avoid this

right-click on the legitimate mail and select junk E-Mail>add Sender to Safe

Senders' list
To set a block list

of your own from Junk mail option go to Block Senders tab and add all the

email IDs that you want to block on your Windows mail
