It is powered by a dual core 1.5GHz processor and 1GB RAM and has the latest Android Jelly Bean OS. Even though it weighs more than iPad 3 at 667g, it doesn’t feel heavy. It is solidly built, and its metallic backside looks a lot like iPad New. The front has a high quality display with Android’s latest version, where response is fast and the touch is good. It has voice search, a secondary VGA camera for video calling. Both the cameras don’t have much to offer in terms of quality as they are more dull and fuzzy. The display is great and good for gaming and HD video playback. It certainly doesn’t have the best resolution display, still with 1280x800p its IPS based panel is a lot better than most 15k tablets.

________
Its dual core processor and quad core Mali GPU makes it apt for running multiple apps at a time. This tablet is priced at 13k, and is almost 3 - 4k more than Intex Buddy and Penta tab, but its features and performance make it a lot superior. We were a little disappointed to find it doesn’t have a 3G SIM slot. If you want an equally powerful tablet with dual core processor and 1GB RAM, check out Swipe Velocity Tab, which costs only 11k. Spice Mi1010 has a fine set of ports and connectivity options -mini HDMI, 3G SIM slot, 3.5mm, Wi-Fi, etc.
Bottomline: Its performance and the bigger-than-regular display is apt in taking some extra load of multiple running apps. A good sign for professionals who are looking for a lost cost professional class tablet.
