There are two additions to NetApps's unified storage platform: the FAS920 and FAS920c. The FAS920 replaces the F825 storage system, and provides affordable enterprise-class performance, reliability, and advanced data-management features for mid-range applications. It helps businesses with such applications consolidate multiple storage units, decrease system overhead, and increase performance for background activities, while ultimately reducing the storage-management burden and lowering the total cost of ownership for storage. The other platform, FAS920c, is the clustered version of FAS920.

Rediffmail becomes bigger and better

It now offers 1 GB storage limit, so you no longer have to delete mail to avoid overflowing accounts. And the mail size is now 10 MB, which means sending large attachments would be a breeze.
