Xenolith Technologies' MS Dynamics AX Implementation

All five companies across India are

involved in rental services with different set of asset/machine/tower/rig

management modules implemented. Maintenance & CRM is a very big chalenge to

implement in such a company where billing logic is changing day by day. The

company deployed MS Dynamics AX to manage Finance & Accounts, Supply Chain

Mangement, CRM and HR. The deployment made these operations quite smooth and

efficient.

systematically. Users always bypassed the right processes. Through this

deployment in Delhi, the company gets cost details for each subcontract

The company was using multiple systems to

gather the accounting data. It has more than 1000 branches across the

country, with HO in Mumbai. This was not only inefficient way but was also

more efficient, the system also helps the management to know the revenue

numbers across various parameters on a daily basis.

the Metal and Mining industry, where plant maintenance and production were

critical. However, lack of controls on inventory, led to huge amounts locked

in inventory. Now, they deployed SAP with MM,PP,PM,QM,SD,FICO,HR. So, they

now have control over inventory, quick approvals of PO, visibility of

information across organization. Also, the same information is shared with

all, and everybody is on the same page.
