Chattisgarh State Electricity Board's CANS | Chattisgarh State Electricity Board had almost 80% of its branch locations connected on BSNL leased lines and was running SAP ERP successfully across all these locations. They had also deployed RHEL based Sendmail (tm) mailing system in their network. Their network, datacenter and email were deployed by HCL and ERP by TCS. They had a small centralized IT team, and their branches were far flung. They have outsource the management part to a competent authority and also wanted a centrally manageable system. |
