The home page of the software provides an intuitive dashboard with almost

every feature an HR manager would need to keep a close eye on.

The solution's web based interface is very easy to use. From managing users,

applications, inbox, LDAP settings to website configuration, you can control all

with the admin tab. The home screen comprises of a dashboard, import, hire,

select, positions, master lists, expenses and a lot more.

With Talentpool's dashboard you can search by requirements, see a new

applicant's details, check messages, position summary and more. The next module,

'import' allows you to import resumes along with the options to email, reply,

attach resume to candidate record and more. The 'Screen' module offers smart

search with numerous options like searching by requirements, new applicants,

through keywords and more. An interesting feature here is that hovering the
