Tally Solutions participates in India’s biggest SME Conclave organized by NASSCOM

Tally Solutions participated in the country’s biggest International SME conclave NISC organized by NASSCOM. With the theme of ‘Future is Now’, the conclave focused on providing insightful encounters with the technological wonders to today’s Small and Medium Enterprises. The event saw SMEs participating from 15 countries for knowledge exchange of business values, ideas and opportunities.

Speaking at the conclave, Rakesh Agarwal, Global Product Head, Tally Solutions elaborated on the art and science of Project Leadership. He further added, “Delivering a complex project or engagement requires managing client expectations, budget constraints, resource bandwidth and a host of other internal and external constraints. Right from planning through execution, project leaders must be on the top of their game to ensure that they don’t overshoot timelines and miss milestones.”
