When you log in as accounts manager you have the complete authority to
control different tabs comprising of Dashboard, My Tasks, Activities, Reports,
Users, Clients, My Account, etc. To start with, you can add an activity just by
clicking on Add Activity and giving title, priority, description, start and end
date to it. In the activity section, there are sub-sections that comprises of
project activities, activity tasks, activity documents that allows you to add
documents in which you can define users who would share it. Through My Tasks,
you can add comments, documents, ask questions, enter log hours, etc. One
interesting thing about TaskTrek is that after adding a document you can email
the document to those who are not in the TaskTrek list.

With TaskTrek, you can raise questions and address them either to everyone
present in the list or to specific users. It also allows you to reply to the
questions. Comments can be posted for a specific activity on a document and are
useful for mail messages and notes exchanges. Through instant moms you can
record the important points or minutes of meetings. To bring-in accountability,
the easy to use timesheet helps in tracking the team performance, activity
performance as it allows to log hours on the timesheet. TaskTrek, that is also
