THE BEST HD IPS MONITOR

I need to know the best HD IPS monitor, that works at 120Hz/min and should be compatible enough with an NVIDIA 680 graphics card. I want to play HD games on it and also use it for PhotoShop artwork, so both color accuracy and speed are equally important. I have a budget of about 20k.
