Vivo V27 series

The Vivo V27 series is about to be released in India. Vivo has been teasing the V25-series successor by emphasizing what appears to be a prominent design feature of the V27 and V27Pro—a ring LED light setup. The phones will also have a curved display and up to three back cameras. According to rumours, the Vivo V27 series phones will be rebranded S16 series from China, but we'll have to wait and see.

Is the Vivo V27 series similar to the Vivo S16 and S16 Pro?

The design scheme teased is similar to that of the Vivo S16 and S16 Pro. In addition to the standard S16 and S 16 Pro, the S16 series includes a low-cost S16e. It would be fascinating to see which model(s) will head to India as the V27 and V27 Pro, assuming any rebranding is planned. At the time of writing, Vivo is keeping hardware information under wraps, but we can anticipate the firm to make more announcements leading up to the launch.

Take a look at the Vivo S16 and Vivo S16 Pro

  • Both have a 6.78-inch 1080p curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
  • The S 16 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 CPU, while MediaTek's Dimensity 8200 chip powers the S16 Pro.
  • In China, both phones run the Android 13-based OriginOS 3.0. Both phones include a 4,600mAh battery and 66W rapid charging.
  • The Vivo S16 and S16 Pro include a 50MP selfie camera for photography.
  • The S16 Pro features a 50MP IMX766 primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a second 2MP macro sensor.
  • The S16 contains a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2 MP macro sensor.
  • The Vivo V25Pro and Vivo V25 will be the successors of last year's Vivo V25 Pro and Vivo V25.
  • Cameras and design, as with every previous V-series phone, should be a priority. Keep checking back for updates.
