The Vivo V29e will make its debut in India on 28 August. On Friday, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer tweeted about the arrival of the new V-series smartphone in the nation. The Vivo V29e will be available for purchase on Flipkart. The Vivo V29e device includes a 64-megapixel back camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). It features a curved display with a hole-punch cutout in the centre. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 400-series processor might power the Vivo V29e.
Vivo V29e: To launch on 28 August
According to a teaser graphic provided by the firm on X (previously Twitter), the new Vivo V29e will be released in India on 28 August. The launch will commence at 12:00 p.m. IST. The brand has already begun sending out media invitations for the event. Flipkart has announced that the Vivo V29e smartphone will be available for purchase.
Vivo V29e: Design
Vivo has revealed the Vivo V29e device's design by posting renderings on the microblogging site. The company's India website also has a microsite with specifics. The Vivo V29e has a curved display and a hole-punch cutout in the centre of the screen for housing the selfie camera. The Vivo V29e cell phone is said to be the slimmest phone with a 3D curved screen priced between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000.

The Vivo V29e has a dual rear camera configuration, led by a 64-megapixel main sensor with OIS capability. It is expected to have a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats. The Vivo V29e phone will be available in Artistic Red and Artistic Blue, featuring a colour-changing back glass panel. The colour-changing technology, on the other hand, will be limited to the Artistic Red model. Vivo V29e is expected to have a 7.57mm thin profile and weigh 180.5 grams.
According to earlier rumours, the Vivo V29e would be available in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage options. It might come with FunTouchOS 13, which is based on Android 13. The Vivo V29e gadget is believed to be powered by a Snapdragon 480 5G SoC or a Snapdragon 480+ 5G SoC. The Vivo V29e phone is said to have a 4,600mAh battery with 80W charging capabilities.
The Vivo V29e might be introduced as a near relative of the Vivo V29 Lite 5G, released in the Czech Republic in June of this year.
