New MacBook Air at WWDC 2023

  • As per Bloomberg's Imprint Gurman, WWDC 2023 could see the send off of another 15-inch MacBook Air, close by iOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10 and tvOS 17.
  • Apple introduced the 13-inch MacBook Pro M2 and MacBook Air M2 at the WWDC event last year. Mac could declare a 15-inch expansion to its scope of one of its top of the line PCs this year.
  • The 15-inch MacBook Air will join the MacBook arrangement and will be put between the 13.6-inch MacBook Air and the 16-inch MacBook Star.
  • Gurman suggests that the new MacBook Air may have the same internals as the 13-inch model, with the exception of a larger 15.2-inch display.
  • According to reports, instead of the M3 chip that Apple is keeping reserved for next year, it is anticipated to get the Apple M2 chip under the hood.

Additionaly, a 1080p webcam, improved speakers, MagSafe charging, and a function key row may also be added to the 15-inch MacBook Air. Customers who would prefer a larger display but are unable to afford the pricey MacBook Pro might be offered the option of purchasing a larger, less expensive MacBook.

However, the information regarding the alleged 15-inch MacBook Air is based on unofficial reports and has not yet been verified. The device's actual specifications will only be made public in Apple's official announcement, which is anticipated to be made at WWDC 2023 beginning on June 5.
