Tricolite Electrical Industries : ERP

Tricolite Electrical Industries provides customized manufacturing of low and
medium voltage switchgears. It was the case of reimplementation where neither
users nor the higher management was satisfied with the earlier implementation.
Earlier they had to handle adverse circumstances and built the client confidence
that they will get the best out of the system. TEIL has deployed Microsoft
Dynamics NAV modules for finance, tendering, sales, purchase, fixed assets,
manufacturing, quality, gate entry, and inventory management.

Meant for all the users from data entry operator to the managing director,
people from all the departments including finance, tendering, sale, purchase,
manufacturing, PPC, quality, warehouse are using the system for their day to day
activities from the very first stage of our business process (tendering) to the
last stage (sale). It has succeeded in getting consolidated information for
various operations and locations because of the centralized architecture. The
management is now able to get the stock position across their various branches
easily due to effective inventory management. System enables our users to
process all the tendering enquiries easily and efficiently.

After implementation, the company took support for two months for day to day
issues.

In future company plans to implement human resource module, service module
and subcontracting functionality in the manufacturing module.
