New Update

The Problem: The usual admission/recruitment process doesn't differentiate between the excellent and the good and it takes months to differentiate between those who can be trained and those can't be. The usual marksheets contain grades and scores and cannot be sorted by aptitude and scores in related subjects leading to students that might not merit a particular seat getting one. A project needed that could bridge the gap between the scoresheets, the projects done and the prospective employers.

The Solution: A project was needed to differentiate excellent from good students, according to UPES, it takes 3 to 6 months for training the new graduates and then identifying their productivity. Often, the productivity is misinterpreted and meritocracy does not stand out and is therefore not recognized.

The Result: Developed a Web based collaborative e-learning platform. Set up Innovation Centers for Open Standards in selected colleges in collaboration with respective colleges /versities with the help of IBM. This provide vertical domain such as retail, healthcare, etc. specific knowledge based and expose students to industry and provide industrial mentors to students and skill up faculty.
