The number of brands we had to deal with in this section is not amusing. It almost looked like there were as many brands as were respondents. This represents the nature of the UPS market–fragmented and full of regional brands.

Like last year, APC wins, and TVSE comes second. But what should provide anxious moments for APC is the fact that
TVSE has come very very close. TVSE drew a good percentage of its support from the South, and unlike its printer division, did not get much support from the non-metros. Elnova failed to qualify by a whisker.
