Net4India wins the Users' Choice Club in the 100-499 employee segment, thumping its rivals by a huge margin. In the 500-999 employee segment again it is Net4India and again it is quite a pasting inflicted on the rest.

The users of the top 5 service providers are almost equally satisfied with their offerings as they get a mean satisfaction rating of 4.1 or 4.2/5 in the 100-499 employee segment. In the 500-999 employee segment, Indialinks bags the honours with a rating of 4.4/5.

Of the people who currently subscribe to Net4India in the 100-499 segment, 35% cite its brand name as the reason. Likewise 83% of B4UIndia.com & Go Daddy users quoted quality of service as the reason for choosing it as the service provider. 43% of Znet Technologies users consider it to be a value for money services provider. In the 500-999 segment, almost 50% of Net4India and Ctrl S users quoted brand name as the reason for owning them while 70% of B4UIndia.com users vouched for the quality of service of the brand. 50% of Indialink users quoted it being as a value for money brand.

We checked the reasons why users are likely to purchase a particular brand in future. In the 100-499 employee segment, 28% of those likely to buy Net4India's services quoted its brand name as the reason, while around 80% of those likely to purchase B4UIndia.com's and Go Daddy's services quoted their quality of service as the reason. Within the 500-999 employee segment, 50% of those likely to purchase Ctrl S's services quoted its brand name as the reason while 82% of those likely to purchase Rediffmail Pro's services vouched for its quality of service.

Loyalties for current service providers run high across both employee segments, upwards of 90%, which is understandable given the difficulties faced in migrating a website. However, Go Daddy could face a shift of 17% from its current user base to other brands in the 100-499 employee segment, while Indialinks could see an erosion of 10% in its current user base in the 500-999 employee segment.
