This was the most inexpensive PC in our shootout. We added the price of Windows 98 SE to its original price but it still managed to remain the cheapest PC. The PC is based on a Celeron 733, with 64 MB RAM, a 20GB hard drive, and a 14” monitor. It lost points for not having an Ethernet card or a CD-ROM drive. The PC comes with all the necessary hardware drivers.
The PC did well in performance, with an overall score of 17.5. Its low price and good performance got it the third position.

The only thing to remember is that you’ll have to add an Ethernet card and CD-ROM drive if required.
