In China, the Vivo S16, Vivo S16 Pro, and Vivo S16e smartphones have debuted. The phones have a punch-hole cut out for the selfie camera in the center, an in-display fingerprint reader for security, three cameras on the back organized in a rectangle, and USB Type-C audio because there is no 3.5mm audio connection.

Additionally, the Vivo S16 Pro's green color option features photochromic technology to change from light to dark green and features a smoked sapphire pattern on the purple glass. There is a ring Driven which the organization calls Quality Light.

The Vivo S16 series has an AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate, Android 13 as the operating system, a 4600mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging, and a fingerprint sensor built into the display for security.

Vivo S16 and Vivo S16 Pro details

Vivo S16 sports a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED show with a 2400×1080 pixel goal, 20:9 viewpoint proportion screen, HDR10+, and up to 120Hz invigorate rate. Out of the box, the Android 13-based OriginOS custom skin is installed on the Vivo S16 and S16 Pro. A 4,600 mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging, stereo speakers, Hi-Res audio, and a USB Type-C port provide security features. 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC are all examples of connectivity options.

Moving on to the optics, the Vivo S16 features a 64MP primary camera with an f/1.89 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS), an LED flash, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The front camera has 50 megapixels and two soft LED flashes.

The Vivo S16 Pro has a 50MP Sony IMX766V primary sensor with an f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and LED flash. Additionally, it has an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and so forth. On the front, there is a 50MP camera for taking selfies and making video calls.

Vivo S16e Specifications

The 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED display on the Vivo S16e features HDR10+, a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. 12GB of RAM, 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, and the Exynos 1080 5nm processor with the Mali-G78 MP10 GPU power the phone. The software aspect is handled by the OriginOS custom skin, which is based on Android 13.

In the camera division, the Vivo S16e gets a 50MP essential camera with an f/1.8 opening and Drive streak, a 2MP representation essential, and a 2MP large-scale focal point. On the front, there is a 16MP camera for taking selfies and video calls.

The 4,600 mAh battery can be charged at 66 W. 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS+GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port are all examples of connectivity options. For security, the phone has a fingerprint sensor built right into the display. The phone is 189 grams in weight and has dimensions of 162.51 x 75.81 x 7.7mm.

Price of the Vivo S16, S16 Pro, and S16e

When compared to the price in China, the Vivo S16 8GB+128GB model costs around Rs 29,700. The models with 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB will cost around Rs 39,200.

The Vivo S16 is available in gradient, black, and green colors; the Vivo S16 Pro will also be available in Black and Green. The Vivo S16e is available in black, green, and purple finishes.
