Vivo's V29 5G series is expected to come in India soon. The lineup is said to feature the standard Vivo V29, introduced globally in August, and the Vivo V29 Pro, which is supposed to be available only in India. The future V29 5G series smartphones are rumoured to include India-specific features such as colour variations inspired by India. A recent leak suggests the V29 5G series handsets' camera specifications and price range ahead of the planned launch.
V29 5G series: Release Date and Price
According to MySmartPrice, the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro are slated to be released in India by the end of September. The Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro will be priced under Rs. 40,000. Previously, the base model was expected to be released in Majestic Red. The Vivo V29 Pro is scheduled to be released in two colour versions inspired by India.

The Vivo V29 Pro will also have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX663 primary sensor with a 50mm focal length and a Smart Aura Light function, which will give changeable lighting ranging from a warm 1800K to a cold 4500K, according to the report.
Meanwhile, the Vivo V29 worldwide model is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC and comes with Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13. The display is a 6.78-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro phones have three storage options: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256 GB.
The Vivo V29 has a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome camera available globally. The front-facing camera features a 50-megapixel sensor. It has a 4,600mAh battery and supports 80W rapid charging.
