Vodafone Unveils Customer Experience Center for Businesses in Gurgaon

Vodafone India Ltd., unveiled a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Centre (CEC) in Gurgaon today for its Enterprise customers. The CEC enables Enterprise customers to experience the world of lat est and emerging business communication solutions that can help them to better Communicate, Collaborate and Connect.

Spread almost 2000 sq.ft., the CEC has on display the complete suite of Total Communication Solutions comprising Wireline and Mobility offerings, Machine to Machine Solutions and more, hosted in a high-tech and futuristic zone. Customers can undertake their experiential journey via an engaging combination of interactive presentations and innovative live demonstrations. The Vodafone Business Services' team of experts identify and discuss evolving customer needs and accordingly offer business solutions. The zone serves as both a showcase and interactive facilitator for this unique format of client partnering.

The ultramodern CEC in Gurgaon is the third facility to be launched by Vodafone Business Services following Mumbai and Pune.
